Develop your leadership skills in this 6-month in-person or online workshop series

The Leading the Way: Leadership Growth Workshop Series is designed to equip emerging and established leaders with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive. This workshop series will help participants understand their leadership style, identify their strengths and blind spots, and develop strategies for overcoming obstacles.

 

The series is designed with six monthly 90-minute in-person or online sessions, incorporating weekly outside exercises and activities before and after each session.

Leaders participate in nearly 21 hours of instruction, exercises, and self-reflection during the 6-month course.

The Leading the Way: Leadership Growth Workshop Series is designed for emerging and established leaders in various industries, including business, non-profit, education, and government. The workshop series is suitable for individuals motivated to enhance their leadership skills, expand their knowledge, and improve their overall performance as a leader.

 

Workshop Outline:

 

Workshop 1: Leading with Emotional Intelligence

  • In-depth Exploration of Leadership Styles: Gain insights into various leadership styles and identify your own, enhancing self-awareness.

  • Cultivating Emotional Intelligence: Develop skills to perceive, control, and evaluate emotions, crucial for effective leadership.

Workshop 2: Leadership Evolution: Mastering Key Leadership Skills

Workshop 6: Motivating and Inspiring Yourself and Others

Each workshop will include live instruction, weekly reflections and exercises, assessments, workbooks, and group discussions to help participants apply the concepts to their own leadership challenges. At the end of the workshop series, participants will have a deeper understanding of themselves and their leadership style, enhanced communication and conflict resolution skills, and a plan for achieving their leadership goals.
